More than ever mitigating risk when purchasing commercial property is 
important. Grouse Mountains’ environmental professionals can assist with 
identifying potential or existing environmental liabilities associated with 
commercial and undeveloped property transactions.   
Our multi-disciplined professionals assist prospective buyers in  
meeting the All Appropriate Inquires Rule under 40 CFR.  Phase I ESAs  
are conducted using the standards of  ASTM E1527-21 for commercial 
properties and ASTM E2247-23 for rural or forested properties.

If potential soil or groundwater impacts (Recognized Environmental  
Conditions) are identified during the Phase I process, we are well equipped 
to perform an in-depth site investigation. Remediation of soil and water 
resources associated with oil and gas releases are also performed by our 
team of scientists and engineers.
