How did you come to work at Grouse Mountain?
My husband worked for Grouse Mountain on their Reclamation team and always talked about how great a company it was to work for. When I saw that they had an opening in their permitting department, I knew I had to apply.
What do you do for Grouse Mountain?
As a Project Assistant in the Permitting Department, my daily responsibilities involve preparing state permitting applications and handling various related tasks.
What made you choose this career path?
I did not intentionally set out to work in this industry. But after hearing about the work culture at Grouse Mountain, I felt as though it would be a great company to work for.
What’s your favorite part about working at Grouse Mountain?
I appreciate the positive atmosphere and the awesome team of people I get to work with.
What’s an experience that stands out to you from working at Grouse Mountain?
While no single experience stands out, what truly impresses me is how well everyone collaborates and works as a team.
What do you enjoy about Wyoming?
I appreciate the slower pace and small-town charm. The stunning mountain views and beautiful seasons are unbeatable!
What are some of your hobbies?
I love spending time with my family, working with animals, horseback riding, and tackling DIY projects around the house.
What are a few fun facts about you?
– I am originally from Florida.
– I’m a total dog person. Whether they’re big or small, young or old, I love them all.
– I used to be a rower on a crew team, as well as a dancer.
If you could tell readers one thing about yourself and your job, what would that be?
I never had a clear idea of what I wanted to be when I grew up. After exploring various industries to find the right fit, I can honestly say I’ve found it at Grouse Mountain.
