Jenna Foss is a Co-owner and Principal that has over fifteen (15) years’ experience in the industry. She acts as the Account Representative for Grouse Mountain government contracts. Ms. Foss is responsible for overseeing project contracts, billing, and completion. She has extensive experience administering a wide variety of natural resource-based projects for private industry and federal and state agencies. She uses her experience to communicate and coordinate with project administrators to ensure project accounts are handled in an organized systematic manner.

Jason Sutton is a co-owner and Principal of Grouse Mountain that has over fifteen (15) years’ experience in the natural resource field. Dr. Richard Weathermon received his B.A. with honors in Anthropology in 1990, his M.A. in Anthropology in 1996, and his Ph.D. in Anthropology in 2011 from the University of Wyoming. He recently retired from the University of Wyoming after serving as an Academic Professional Research Scientist for the Department of Anthropology beginning in 1995. His work focused on Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act compliance, with his time divided between Physical Anthropology and Archaeology. His responsibilities included NAGPRA consultation and documentation, human osteological and archaeological laboratory instruction, collections access and stewardship, and Cultural Resource Management support. Dr. Weathermon brings more than three decades of applied anthropological, osteological, and compliance experience to the project team.
