While searching for a more stable and reliable job, a friend referred me to Grouse Mountain. During the interview process, they emphasized their family-oriented culture, which greatly appealed to me.
What do you do for Grouse Mountain?
I am a Permitting Project Assistant; I help with both State and Federal Permitting tasks and projects.
What made you choose this career path?
Although this career isn’t my passion, it has been instrumental in helping me discover my long-term goals. The support of my coworkers has been invaluable as I pursue my college education.
What’s your favorite part about working at Grouse Mountain?
The flexibility and the enjoyable atmosphere in my department make it a great place to work.
What’s an experience that stands out to you from working at Grouse Mountain?
I can’t pinpoint one specific experience that stands out, but the consistently positive and fun environment every day is incredibly helpful.
What do you enjoy about Wyoming?
I appreciate the small-town feel, where everything moves at a slower pace. I also love the beauty of this place; it’s an amazing environment to raise children.
What are some of your hobbies?
Reading, drawing and painting, and being outdoors.
What are a few fun facts about you?
I have 2 kiddos
Growing up, I’ve lived in four states: Minnesota, Wisconsin, Montana, and now Wyoming.
In high school, I was in a car wreck, hitting a moose and ate it after.

My job has been instrumental in helping me learn and grow by constantly introducing me to new things.
