Phase I Environmental Site Assessment
A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, or ESA, is a common practice used to identify environmental liabilities as a result of current or historical practices associated with a commercial property or asset. Our Environmental Professionals are experienced in performing these assessments to evaluate potential impacts to soil and groundwater resources beneath a property which might pose a liability to a lender and/or owner. The broad abilities of our staff allow us to meet client site assessment needs ranging from small commercial sites to large oil and gas assets. We also possess Phase II capabilities if contaminated resources are identified during the Phase I.
